Ham Cheese Tortilla


  • 1 small whole wheat tortilla
  • 1 oz of your favorite cheese, grated
  • 1 slice of ham, 2 slices if you are really hungry

Carefully heat up the stove top grill or a frying pan large enough for the tortilla. Place the tortilla on a clean surface and put a slice of ham on the tortilla. Put your cheese on top on the ham. Fold in half. Pat it closed. Place it on the hot grill. Remember to keep your fingers out of the way! Toast on one side then use a spatula to turn it over and cook the other side. Serves 1
