Kids Cook!™ Winter 2016 Class Schedule

Kids Cook!™ classes are held year round.  September through May we offer after-school and weekend classes.  Our week-long summer camps are in June and July.  We are closed the first two weeks in August and the last two weeks in December.

Enrollment is limited.  These classes will fill, so do not delay!

 

Wild Kids Cook!
January 10, 17 & February 7, 2016   (3 class series)
2 – 4 pm
Open to kids 8 years old & up
$150 three class series or $55 per class       Includes all ingredients, supplies, recipes and snacks
Maximum enrollment:  12 students

We are delighted to be cooking at Wildwood Park for the Arts!  Sign up for one or more classes – menus will be different.  As always, the classes are entirely hands-on and kids will get lots of practice with seasonal recipes.

Kids Cook!™ at Montessori     
Mondays, February 22 & 29, 2016     (2 class series)
Mondays, April 4 & 11, 2016   (2 class series)
3 pm – 4 pm
Open to kids 4 – 6 years old
$32 per series   Includes all ingredients, recipes, cooking utensil & snacks

We practice making healthy snacks and meals.  In each class the children prepare one or two simple recipes, set the table and eat what they have made.  Each child has the opportunity to work through the process and practice the cooking skills.  The class is designed to encourage independence, develop skills, nurture interest in cooking and be fun.  Held at the Little Rock Montessori School, 3704 N. Rodney Parham Rd., LR.  Open to non-Montessori students.  Maximum enrollment:  8 students

 

Participation is limited and these classes will fill.  Register early to avoid disappointment! 

 

Kids Cook!™ Cancellation Policy:  Fees are due at the time of sign-up in order to reserve your place. In order to avoid being charged the full price of the class, cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance. Registrations cancelled 48 hours in advance will be refunded minus a $15 administrative fee.  You may transfer your registration to another participant or another class and avoid the fee.  In some cases, the sponsoring school or organization’s cancellation/refund policy may take precedence and a refund may not be available.  Inquire if you are uncertain.
