Ingredients:
- 2 cups chopped fresh tomatoes, any type or color
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped finely
- Juice of 1 lime
- ½ t shallot, diced, optional
- ½ t jalapeno pepper, seeded and diced, or more to taste
- Salt, to taste
- Chili powder, optional, to taste
- Cumin, optional, to taste
Combine all salsa ingredients in a glass bowl. Cover and refrigerate for 2-3 hours to let the flavors blend.
